Subject	No electrical power with ignition switch to on/ACC

Message	I have 12volts at the switch on steering column for on/ACC but no radio, fuel pump relay no engaging nor any interior lights. Car will run if I jumper fuel pump relay plug. Checked all my fuses. Replace TCM and Door lock timing modules to clear up short circuit reading I was getting between charging cable and ground. Any suggestions?
