Subject	need help

Message	I own a 1990 z 2+2 5 speed. recently it started haveing major problems shifting into 1st and reverse. It is really hard so i dont even try to shift it. Also my mount for my shift broke. i have temorarily fixed it but have no idea if it could effect it. I also bled the clutch master cylinder at both ports. Im running out of ideas that could be cheap. please help
