I do not yet have the data scan software.. ( i'm i the market.. need recommendations ) and the work on this car is with Volt meters and O-Scopes..
What I've seen on other 'Bank Systems' ( motors using two O2 Sensors ) is the O2's and the associated bank will have a 'Pace' that they will like to cycle at.. and the 'Start' of the cycling ( Entering Closed Loop ) will happen at the same time, but the cycles will never try to get in-sync with each other.. I would expect the 300 to act the same from what I've seen..For Idle the NA 16 bit will be at 1100 RPM ( ish ) and the O2's will be Cycling, above / below .45 ( .2 to .8 is what I usually see on the Voltmeter ) then the RPM's will start to settle down in the 700 range and the Volt meter will drop to .095 and stay there.. both banks.. takes about 10-20 seconds.. The 'Idle Hunt' I had initially was a slow 700 to 1100 RPM increase in about 30-45 seconds then a Stumble back to 700 RPM.. then start over.. Wish it would do it again, as I have a better knowledge of the ECU/ Wiring/Fuel System.. Cj
