Subject	Issues boosting/ gunk in radiator

Message	So I did the n/a to tt swap( car was sitting for about 3 years prior to the swap) and found that I could only boost up to 6lbs of boost. Did the ecu test and found that I was running the code 34. Ive since then used the temporary relocation on top of the plenum. Cleared the code and I was ready or s I thought. I turned up the boost and I was still running 6 lbs. Can this be a boost leak? Still kind of new with turbos. :) Now I also have this rust/orangish color build up in my radiator. It was new when it was installed. Any ideas as t what it is and any possible solutions?
