| Needs to be .4 to .5 Volt ( .45 is the accepted norm ).. this will trigger the 'Idle Mode'.. and have the ECU THINKING it's at 15*.. If the ECU 'Thinks' it at something other then 15*, it's not in Idle Mode.. The reading you are getting from the ECU Port is the Number the ECU thinks it is at.. the Strobe lite will tell you where the CAS actually has put it.. These are two different numbers.. SOME PEOPLE will use a Stock Prom, and advance the Base Timing ( CAS Timing ) to get the Car more 'Lively'.. that is not the proper way to do it.. Check the TPS Voltage on the 'Dangly' plug.. not the Hard Fixed one.. Cj
