Message	between the intake pullys. I drove it for 1000 miles like that and put a new one on when I did the belt. Definatly look into replacing it as it is a good indicator of a bearing failure. Did you replace the Idler pullies when you did the 120k? if so you might have gotten a bad one which SUCKS! If you pull it apart you should also replace the idler studs with the Ramyz ones.
