Message	comes to mind is an issue with the 2 large washers installed down on the crank shaft - front and behind the sprocket. Nothing else to this job that really impacts belt alignment but those washers and being installed the right way. Other than the noise being annoying - not sure it's much of a worry unless the belt starts to show edge wear....
