| So I recently bought a 1990 300zx NA 2+0 and already looking to increase power. My end goal is somewhere around 450hp as I read pistons and other stuff fail right below 500. I did searches on here and other sites and almost chose a VH45de swap simply because Im used to V8 muscle cars but the transmission leaves me questioning it's potential. I also looked up all the possible ways to turbo it from adding turbos to doing a VG30DETT swap and upgrading turbos later. Well I think I'm going with the TT swap as I feel its the best cost efficient choice and why not choose an engine that belongs in there anyways? I would love a R34/35 but don't think they make them for auto or would it be possible to fab something up? So there are my questions and some info I gathered but I want to hear what you guys think. Most the info I found were about manual shift projects so anyone with a pretty modded or powerful auto 300Z please advise! Thanks for your time.
