check the wiring diagram, here is the link, it is page 110 in the heater and air conditioning section for auto climate control. it shows the L and what appears to be L/R wires controlling the fan speed on the blower unit by way of the Blower Control Amplifier, using a logic probe check each wire as you change fan speeds until you find the wire that sends the signal for increased voltage to the blower motor, the blower motor is grounded right?
