if so I would say the solenoid for the IACV (yellow connector) is bad, the FIC (blue connector) is only for the A/C so it won't effect normal running. the way you can test your IACV solenoid is by applying 12v to it and if it clicks your problem is elsewhere, if it doesn't you'll need a new one. please report back with results!
