| also check your plugs.... I found this on another forum.... (post from 2003) The #1 Tell-tale sign of a leaky injector is; Hard Starting when it's warm. What I mean is, if you take your car for a 20 minute burn, come back, park it for 10 minutes get back in a go again it's takes longer to fire up than when it's cold. While it's parked, the leaky injector(s) is seeping fuel into the cylinder(s) and has essentially flooded that cylinder. So when you crank it over, that one or more cylinder has too much fuel to ignite the first couple revolutions. TRY THIS: push your foot again the head light pot (Floor it) and turn the key. If it starts easier it's 99% chance you have a leaky injector. THE FIX: DO NOT USE FUEL INJECTION CLEANER!!! The TT-Z is a bitch and does get along well with F.I.C.!!!!! Nissan has a this pressurized cannister that flushed the injectors, you disconnect your fuel supply (remove the filter) and plug this cannister in it's place and the car runs for 20minutes or so. It chokes down this hi-concentrate that gives the injectors a really good cleaning. Normally Nissan stealerships will not sell this to the public, but if you know someone or are buddy buddy with the service rep you can get it
