I would pull the lower timing cover back off and check to make sure that the crank sprocket is lining up with the notch in the oil pump. I usually put a paint dot on the crank sprocket, and mark the outer edge of the belt with a dot as well so I can see they are "on" time as they should be. It is very easy to get the crank sprocket off a tooth, or two, when trying to get the tensioner and belt set right. Since the motor is out, pull the cover back off and check it. You're talking about 15 minutes of work for a huge amount of relief.
