so i went and put on my stock pulley hoping and thinking it would be perfect and its off just as much. I do not have a clue what is going out at all. no clue. Please read this next part it is important. I have my 95tt sprocket on the crank i know the 95 had different casted heads and intake valves and cam shafts but did the 95 also have different crank. I dont believe so... but this part is important to everyone and i am repeating it this has nothing to do with the timing belt.... timing belt off or not if the sprocket on the crank is lined up with the oil pump marking (timing belt on or not) the key marks should be in a specific area on the sprocket where the pulley slides on. So what im trying to emphasize and i hope im not wrong but as long as your crank sprocket is lined up when you put the bottom timing belt cover on and the pulley... then the pulley timing mark should line up timing belt on or not
