Message	Marshall, The only way to find the source is to pull the interior panels and see what's going on. It is possible the the T bar roof rear drain on that side has had its drain pipe split or come disconnected. Perhaps the factory did a poor panel finish job on the quarter panel originally, and then whoever you had fix the job ... did a quicky slam bang cheap fix that was bound to rust through. The only way to find out is to pull panels and dig around.
