Subject	Rust in back of door. Does anyone know the cause?

Message	A few years ago my car began rusting in back of the passenger side door. I got it repaired but it's rusting in the same spot again. Is there a drain hose that runs through there? I can't figure out how water keeps getting there, especially since my car is garage almost all the time now. Rain must get in there and sit, slowly rusting my car.
