so far I have eliminated the relay box next to battery, EGI relay and INJ relay on DS fender, I am not getting power to the ECU with or without key on. I have also verified on 10A fuse in same box that it is hot on both sides of the fuse, the white wire with the black stripe is hot on both sides with key on, in the gray plug next to it. I do not get 12v to the solid white wire next to it in the same connector with key on, DVOM jumps all over the place from mv to volts back to mv, etc. I have replaced the two green relays with known good ones from my 91 NA, old relays also worked on 91 NA so the relays are good, fuse is good, no security lights, I have the gauge cluster out now and am about to test the bulbs in the cluster, my guess is there's a ground somewhere missing (bulbs all tested good in gauge cluster). On the main harness where it enter the cabin, there is an additional white plug and an orange plug, the orange plug has a resistor in it, i get no power to it on any wire with key on or off. If anyone can lend some input to this very perplexing situation I would be eternally grateful
