| I would pull the wheels off, take a look over the caliper slide pins and make sure everything is greased and nothing is rusted up. Then if that checks out, I would compress the pistons and see if they pop back out after a few pumps of the brake pedal. Last thing to check is to pop the caliper pistons out and check the bores for pitting or scratches. Something similar to your problem can happen when old rubber brake lines degrade and they collapse inside acting like a check valve. You can get weird things happening. I see under your profile you have stainless lines though. Old?
