Subject	car died while driving and wont restart?

Message	I was driving my 1993 non Turbo conv. last night about 40mph let off the gas for a corner and she died and will not restart? there was no warning, no sputtering, nothing just died. it was raining very hard and I did notice there was no pressure when I removed the gas cap. where do I start?
