Message	Plug it in and you'll get 50 more horsepower. LOL. Seriously, I don't really know for sure but my guess is that it's a port to connect the Conzult diagnostic tool that dealers use. However, I can tell you there has been nothing plugged into mine for 23 years and the car runs great so I wouldn't worry about it. :-)
