Message	but you might as well do thermostat and check the short hoses. if you think there is something else wrong, are you worried that it could be head gasket, causing extra pressure in the coolant? you should have checked for oil or CO2 in the water.. might just need a new rad and good engine clean as well. change the pump and see how you go.
