the power wire fall off the starter. I assume the shop did not tighten it. Does the relay click? If not, then pull the liner and see whether it's getting power. You can bypass the relay, to make sure that's the problem. (I've heard on this site that clicking does not necessarily mean it's good. I guess that means it's responding to input, but not moving into place.) Run power directly to the starter to make sure it works.
