Subject	OEM waste gate arm length different L/R?

Message	I'm installing new OEM CHRA's into a set of 5-speed turbine housings I picked up a while ago. The issue I ran into was the length of the waste gate rod and alignment with the WG flap (whatever you call it). The first turbine I bolted up was about 1/2" long of the mounting point while the other turbo was about 1/2" too Short. I swapped the housings and the first turbo (left) now fits great First attempt Swapped housing And now everything lines up great. The second turbo however does not. It's about 1/2" short and required me to pull on the actuator rod a bit to attach it to the flapper. Any ideas as to why this one is so short? Are the turbine housings specific to the left and right side turbos? Short stuff
