Message	the gauge could be faulty, of have a bad connection or wiring. best to get that checked out. burning oil randomly at idle... if there are no signs of engine damage it may be the PCV valves. It doesn't sound like turbos but could be. have doe done the 6Ps to ensure the car is running right, timing and other settings?
