Subject	Burping Coolant with Auto AC in Phoenix

Message	I flushed my coolant yesterday and was trying to burp the system all is working slowly question is: with auto ac how do i get the heater to turn on in phoenix when the ambient temp is at least 5 higher than the highest setting(90)? when i turned it to 90 yesterday none of the vents were blowing air and im guessing thats due to the ambient temp showing 98...
