| My car has idle at around 900-1000 cold start and when it starts to warm up, it will idle to around 1500 and the temp will keep rising almost to the H mark and then drops back down to normal temp range on the gauge. I also have some noticeable exhaust smoke that goes hand in hand with this issue. The higher the rpms the bigger the smoke is. Got me scratching my head. Any suggestions? Here's what I have done so far to the car since it was sitting for a very long time: New fuel filter New gas New plugs New pcv valves New intake filter Cleaned Tb and adjusted it Cleaned maf Cleaned engine coolant temp sensor Cleaned fuel temp sensor Adjusted TPS Adjusted IACV Boost leak test Compression test (cyl 1 is 170 and 2-6 is 150-160) Car had codes 34 and 42. I put the 1 megaohm resistor on it to get rid of the det sensor code for now as I am testing what else is causing this. So at the current moment, codes only read 42. Please help me pinpoint this problem. I don't want to rule everything out just yet before I call it worn out turbo seals =(
