Message	already located first. Fix the PCV issue and change the valves with OEM replacements if necessary. Inspect the pistons and plugs for wetness. A compression test will tell you if you have a ring issue if you retest it with a little oil and the numbers go up. It sounds to me like you probably have a blow by issue or a car that has been poorly maintained over the years and needs a bunch of work.
