Just checked the voltage, it was at 0.488 volts. For shits and giggles I went ahead and adjusted it to around 0.430 volts, I'll let you guys know more tomorrow but the adjustment wasn't too far off. Engine is grounded and so is the chassis, when I pulled the CTS earlier the idle surge kept going. Maybe eliminating that air adjuster thing after the Idle Air Control Valve will help?
