Said they can drop the tranny and get to the EGR and det sensor through there by rocking the engine forward, thats all far beyond what I can do myself :\ The shop in Fort Worth is correct; I replaced my det by pulling the trans. A long open end wrench will remove it and someone with small hands (I recruited my wife) can get the new sensor threaded back in the hole.
