Message	sounds like your timing belt tension is loose.. when i first brought my z32 tt. did sound like that after a while til i dis cover the timing belt was jumping by removing the timing covers , see the belts jumping its the tension is loose.. u need to do your timing if u havent done it. how many miles on your motor ? bearings in the timing could be going bad as well... if not.. could be the oil is thin...
