For each O2 Sensor you want to fool, you need TWO '18MM Spark Plug Anti-Fowlers'.. One of them is Drilled 1/2", and the other is left Stock. Assemble the Drilled one on the O2 Sensor, and Screw this all into the Stock Anti-Fowler. Then assemble this in the Tail Pipe.. This will create a Chamber that the O2 Sensor runs in, and will be somewhat removed from the exhaust wind.. it will not respond as fast and the ECU will be happy.. So you will ne 4 of them.. two drilled 1/2 inch, and two stock.. Check the nose on the O2 Sensor.. I've seen some I've had to drill 5/8 to get to clear the 'Fins' on it.. If I remember correctly, the EGR temp sensor on the 90-95 is bypassed with a 65K ohm resistor.. 1/8, 1/4 or 1/2 watt.. makes no difference the wattage.. do not know if the EGR Check circuit on the '96 is smart enough to notice the EGR never cools down..
