Message	So my 90TT won't start. I pull the tube off one of the Throttle bodies and spray it with starter fluid and it runs just fine. I've got the factory manual. The only thing I can see relating to fuel would be one of the fuel dampers. There's one in the fuel tank and one by the balance tube. Not thinking it has anything to do with the filter or pressure regulator. Any ideas?
