Message	What Woody said. Your specs give you lots of room to move. I personally found that 13 degrees BTDC was the perfect spot for me to be able to pass smog. You are close that retarding the timing at the CAS to 14 degrees BTDC might get you a pass for your NO. Retard it to far and your CO and HC will rise and make you fail that aspect. It is a fine balance. Good luck.
