Message	is this your first turbo? make sure everything is connected backup. listen to what the guys are saying and follow their instructions. gauge at idle is under vacuum.. only on boost when increased revs (but not right away) there will be a point where it's at Zero.... you're explanations aren't very clear making it difficult to help you. do you have a copy of the FSM?
