The PCV 'Valve' is mounted into the bottom of the Intake Plenum... the hoses that go from it around the Engine Top, are at 'Engine Crankcase' pressure.. or going to the Intake Runner after the MAF, before the Turbo/T-Body.. I can't see how a crack in the hoses can cause a high Idle.. Have you 'Pinched off' the Rubber Hose that goes to the Crossover Tube from the Idle Control Valves behind the Plenum.. Wondering if the AAC ( or what ever the Cold Start High Idle Valve is called ) might be not receiving Power to close, or is hanging open.. Cj
