Hey guys, I'm new to the car scene. Just recently bought myself a '90 TT about two months ago, all stock. I've been reading around that a stock Z32 TT default boost is around 9-10psi. On a good cool day mine is only boosting around 5-6psi (hot day it maxes at 5) looking at the stock boost gauge. I used the self diagnosis on the ECU because I was told it may be in "safety mode" but it came back with code 55, which as I understand it means nothing is wrong. I'm wondering if there is a boost leak somewhere? Any tips or suggestions on where to start?
