Message	The way you describe the starter "froze up" sounds bad, like maybe the engine was hydrolocked. If it is water in the engine, lets hope it just stopped the engine without breaking anything. Before trying to start the car, they should pull the plugs and get ALL the water out of the cylinders, and the intake of course.
