@300Mang: A little more background, the car only had an issue of sometimes dying while idling (I would occasionally have to "gas" it to keep it running). I brought it to the shop and they said all the injectors need to be replaced. They did change the injector connector pigtails with new ones to ensure it wasn't that aspect of the wiring, but it that did not solve the issue according to them. I took it back without replacing the injectors and now the engine runs horribly, as practically undrivable, and now the Check Engine Light is on. I complained to the shop and they said bring it back, but they reiterated it needed injectors. I have not pursued it further with them fearing they could make it worse, or at the minimum, unable to bring it back to drivable condition as it once was. I haven't thought of the CAS and PTU, but again, before bringing it to the shop, the car ran well enough (no noticeable mis-firing) except at idle. Regarding corrosion, I'm assuming you mean the electrical pins of the injector? Or are your referring to the actual injector orifices? If that latter, what procedures are there to ensure I clean any such corrosion and crude from the injector passages?
