Subject	horn not working after hubb installation

Message	I have a 90 300zx which I installed a racing hubb on the steering column.I can touch the contacts from the combination switch to the hubb contact ring and the horn will sound loud and clear. When I add the aluminum hubb and torque it down...the horn will not work. I disassymbled and checked all the contacts of combination switch,wire harness to the horn relay. I can see that the contacts are touching the ring when the hubb is installed. Any solution is appreciated
