I would try swapping it with another hole, coil, plug and injector, if you haven't already. Also, try searching your area for an injector specialist, they can usually do a clean/inspection on an injector for ~$20 each, might be able to tell you what's going on. I can understand not wanting to spend the twenty when you're already counting buying a new injector but I usually figure it's best to know for sure before spending the bigger wad on new parts.
