Message	fuse panel along with 4 other relays. I pulled it out and the lights went off, A/C clutch started working but battery was so far drained ill have to test the rest in morning after it charges all night. Really odd problem and even stranger placement of the relay cuz whole fuse panel has to come out to get at it. Thanx guys
