Subject	I'm only getting ~12.9dcv when engine is running!!

Message	The other day I was at work when it started raining very slightly, I went out to my car and rolled up the windows. Like an idiot I left the ignition on for about ~5 hours. When I went out to start the car, it wouldn't turn over or make a sound. I got a jump and drove home (~30mins @ freeway speeds) When I get home it won't start immediately but after a few tries it started. I break out my multimeter and see that it shows ~12.9 with the car running and ~11.9 when off. I had the altenator tested and they (autozone) say it's good. I next took the battery out and had it tested and they say it's good too! What esle could it be???
