Subject	Odd sound near fan

Message	So this morning, (yesterday it didn't make this sound) I was greeted by a nice sound when I started my car up that never went away. It sounds like it's coming from up front near the belts, and it sounds like a smooth metallic grind or air rushing out of something. The sound increases with the throttle. Did a little research and thought it might be the fan clutch but after driving home from work I tried to spin the fan and it only went about 1/5-1/4 of a turn. Temp gauge stayed steady the whole way to and home from work and it's 87F outside. Car does have UR Pulleys, 93k miles, brand new turbos. I pay to fix my car before I pay my student loans
