Message	Hi, The paint is peeling on my TwinZ rear bumper diffuser. I did clean, scuffed it with a very light scuffing pad, primed it then painted it. I was going to apply the second coat of paint and noticed that the paint was peeling. What did I do wrong ? Thanks
