Subject	Twin turbo rear axle(s) removal?

Message	I've already removed the rear differential. I've also removed the cotter pin and axle nut/washer on each side. I figured it'd slide right out but it doesn't (used PB Blaster and several good whacks with a deadblow hammer and a block of wood). What am I missing?
