| My Z1 auto transmission story continues (3rd tranny swap in 2 months....none are drop in ready). 3rd tranny in car....but now the drive shaft won't seat on tranny without using hammer. After hammering in....there is no play. Once mated to diff....it is solid...too solid. Again....it assembles but is not like other two trannys (other issues...different post) Z1 saying it is just a new tranny....local advice is that tranny shaft splines must be warped and this is not mechanically sound. Everything looks right....no metal shavings or wear points. Should I just hammer it together and accept it or is this a real mechanical issue that will lead to failure?
