Message	WIPER AMP....... Had a similar issue a few weeks ago. I unplugged the wiper amp (driverside near fender wall) clean both connectors and put some dielectric gel in the connector....it work fine ever since....i am assuming the wiper amp is goin bad....you can always unplug it until it RAINS...lol...hope this helps..
