| duty cycle of the AAC to 0%? Does it drop the rpm's to normal level? What if you adjust the AAC to 100% duty cycle? The AAC is a solenoid that has constant 12v on one wire when the car is on. The other wire is the ground and is controlled via pulse width modulation from the ecu. If this wire is accidentally grounded you will always have high idle. However, it sounds like the ecu is trying to raise the idle based on some other sensor reading it is getting. What value does your tps sensor show in datascan at idle? Does the closed throttle switch show "on" at idle? What does your coolant temperature sensor show in datascan after fully warmed up?
