to accurately diagnose this one.... Here's what I would look for: 0) Is your Front mount intercooler blocking airflow to rad, oil cooler?....YES 1) Did you eliminate the superior belt driven fan for electric?...............YES 2) Could cheap radiator have contaminated coolant with debris/oil?......YES 3) Is your radiator cap properly fitting on new radiator, maybe cooling system pressure changed and you need a different cap? 4) Remove new thermostat and recheck guts/operation. Partially stuck? 5) Is your oil cooler in front of your radiator damaged?
