Message	It definitely shouldn't be rubbing against the tensioner. Are you positive that the tensioner and all pulleys were flush against the block when you installed them? Did you replace the idler studs? I recently saw a user with a slightly bent idler stud that caused the belt to slide forward and rub against the cam gears.
