Ok... I hope I don't get flamed too bad for this, but Im new here... I just bought my Z (first one) and I pulled the motor to rebuild a turbo, and do a couple other things. I bought everything I need to do the 120k service.
My question is... is there any way to tell if the 120k service has been done? The car has 127k on it, and I have no way of contacting the previous owner to find out if it was done. When I pulled the cover off, the self adjuster is only out about 1/4 inch, and things "look" new. The belt feels fine, and the accessory belts all seemed in "new" condtion as well.
So... is there any way to tell if the 120k service has been done by looking at things?
If not I'll do it while everythings ok, I was just trying to avoid the headache, and be able to save the parts for later.
